Orange County tattoo artist Steve Soto has been inking for nearly 10 years, making a name for himself and his Orange, California shop Goodfellas Tattoo boasting eight artists including himself. Soto and his Goodfellas crew recently traveled to Arizona for the AZ Tattoo, where he puts on a tattoo seminar and his boys win a few awards.
